St. Bernard Benefit Online Auction & Drive-thru Dinner

Due to Covid-19, the 20th Annual Saint Bernard Benefit Auction and Dinner will be held on April 10, 2021.  In lieu of hosting an in-person event, we are excited to offer an online auction, a catered meal via a drive-thru system on the Saint Bernard grounds, as well as 3 raffle drawings.

  • Raffle tickets are still available – drawing will be held LIVE, via Facebook, on Saturday April 10.

Online Auction:

The donations we have received will be set-up in Auctria, an online fundraising website.

  • The online auction will begin Wednesday, March 31st at 6:00pm and run through Saturday, April 10th at 9:45pm.
  • Details about how to set-up your own account will be sent at a later date.
  • The auction items will have detailed descriptions, list donors, and highlight our event sponsors.
  • Participants will be able to browse the auction items online, place bids at your leisure, receive notifications when closing times are approaching on the items you have placed bids, and make online payments.
  • The winning bidder can pick up the auction item(s) Sunday, April 11th, 11:15am – 4:00pm on the parish grounds near the shelter house.

Drive-Thru Catered Meal & Hog Roast:

A catered meal prepared by The Chateau (fried chicken, scalloped potatoes, green beans, baby carrots, tossed salad, roll, and drink), roasted hog prepared by Shelby Emmick, and dessert (cake) prepared by Jenny Holstein is available for $15 per person.

  • Paper tickets will be provided in advance for pick-up of meals.

Raffle Tickets

We have 3 great raffle items this year.  To purchase tickets, contact the parish office (812-649-4811), school office (812-649-2501), Lana Schulte (812-431-0691), or another committee member.  Tickets are $3.00 each or 4 tickets for $10.

  • The raffle drawings will be held on Facebook Live on Saturday, April 10th at approximately 6:30pm
